- Admissions: Families apply online, and every application lands in one place for the program to review instead of arriving by email and paper.
- Tuition Billing: Monthly tuition goes out as invoices automatically, and families can set up autopay so payments arrive without a reminder.
- Parent Portal: Kingdom Navigator, the program's own "digital campus", gives each household one sign-in for its children, its billing, and its account.
- Messaging: Classroom messages reach families inside the portal, so updates are not scattered across texts and personal email.
