How Pricing Works
Two parts, both quoted up front. No percentage of your revenue, ever.
- One-time build: We map how your business runs today, build your system around it, migrate your existing customer records, and stay with you through launch.
- Flat monthly fee: Hosting, security, nightly backups, ongoing updates, and direct support by phone, text, and email from the team that built your system.
- Unlimited users: Staff logins, customers, athletes, and family accounts are all unlimited. Growing does not increase your bill.
- Your own Stripe account: Payments land in your bank. ProSlot BOS takes no cut of registrations, bookings, dues, or merch sales.
What We Never Charge For
- A percentage of your registrations, bookings, or online sales
- Per-seat fees when you hire staff
- Per-contact fees as your customer list grows
- Per-envelope fees for digital waivers and e-signatures
- Upcharges to export or take your own data
What a Percentage Cut Actually Costs
Worked examples of what a platform cut comes to in a year. Standard card processing fees from your payment processor are separate.
- On $100,000 processed: a 3% cut is $3,000/yr and a 5% cut is $5,000/yr. With ProSlot BOS: $0.
- On $250,000 processed: a 3% cut is $7,500/yr and a 5% cut is $12,500/yr. With ProSlot BOS: $0.
- On $500,000 processed: a 3% cut is $15,000/yr and a 5% cut is $25,000/yr. With ProSlot BOS: $0.
- On $1,000,000 processed: a 3% cut is $30,000/yr and a 5% cut is $50,000/yr. With ProSlot BOS: $0.
